It is your responsibility to review and stay informed of any modifications or additions. If you do not agree with the present GTCU, you are advised not to use the Site. Otherwise, using the Site will indicate your acceptance of these GTCU.
The GTCU contain all the rules you must follow for your advertisement to be listed and therefore published on the website www.parisensuel.com (the “Site”), which aims to present and promote erotic establishments to an informed audience.
Failure to comply with these GTCU may result in the rejection or delisting of your advertisement, meaning its removal from our Site.
Submitting an advertisement is subject to the provisions of the present GTCU. Any advertisement or message that does not comply with the GTCU will be deleted. Paid advertisements are subject to the same rules and will not be refunded if they are removed from the Site. This list is not exhaustive, and we reserve the right to remove any content without warning or notification. Such removal may also lead to the suspension or withdrawal of access to the Site.

1. Site Overview

The Site is an online platform and mobile application that lists establishments based on various criteria and services (location, type of establishment, services offered, etc.).

1. Best Practices

The text of the advertisement must accurately describe the services being offered. Advertisements containing general or ambiguous descriptions of the establishment’s services will not be accepted. You may not post the same advertisement multiple times for the same establishment on the Site. However, identical advertisements are allowed if the advertiser operates multiple establishments.
Any advertisement published on the Site must include the registration number of the legal entity operating the establishment or providing the services. If your company does not have a registration number, please apply for one from your registration center or court. We do not publish advertisements from individuals conducting undeclared or non-professional activities.

1. General Prohibitions

Any advertisement or comment containing text elements (words, phrases, etc.) that appear to be contrary to legal or regulatory provisions, public morals, the Site’s distribution rules, or that may disturb or offend readers will be refused and not listed on our Site. This refusal does not entitle the advertiser to any compensation.

YMSD cannot verify the integrity or legality of published advertisements (particularly regarding the ownership of images used or the actual services offered by the advertiser). The advertiser remains solely responsible for the content of their advertisements and the services provided.

All Site users may view advertisements, exchange information, and leave reviews through comments and ratings. YMSD reserves the right to moderate or delete comments that appear malicious, misleading, false, insulting, or defamatory.

Furthermore, any advertisement referring to sexual services related to prostitution, solicitation, or pimping is strictly prohibited. If such services are found to be provided in any form by an establishment or its employees, we reserve the right to remove all advertisements from that advertiser without prior notice or compensation, and legal action may be taken against the advertiser.

1. Unauthorized Content

It is prohibited to submit advertisements that are:

Written exclusively in foreign languages. Advertisements must be in French or in English.

Containing terms or descriptions unrelated to the advertised content;

Including premium-rate phone numbers;

Political, sectarian, discriminatory, sexist, or related to organizations or individuals responsible for crimes against humanity.

1. Unauthorized Services

As a user of the services offered on our Site, you must ensure that the services you seek to sell or purchase are authorized and legally permissible.

1. Prohibition of Content Infringing Third-Party Intellectual Property Rights

You must legally own or be authorized to use the content in your advertisements. The sale of certain intangible goods is not permitted on our Site.

Only textual credits to photo owners are accepted in black or white text. Photos with digital watermarks are allowed to protect intellectual property rights.

Photographs must depict the services offered or the establishment and cannot be used in multiple advertisements.

1. Advertisement Ranking Criteria

Advertisements are randomly displayed on the Site’s homepage and search results pages within the relevant category based on selected criteria.

Advertisements are sorted by region, city/postal code, categories, and sections. Each results page offers filters based on various criteria, including:
